HOW TO ORDER COURT TRANSCRIPTS

Download and complete the Court Transcript Order Form and send the completed form to grace@gccourttranscripts.com

The audio recording will be requested from the Records Management office at the applicable courthouse (typically received within 24 hours).
Transcription services are rendered based on your delivery requirements.
Some transcriptions require judicial review. A judicial official is entitled to review any rulings, reasons for judgment, reasons for sentence, or charge to the jury before they are released. ACTs must provide the judicial official with a transcript for judicial review and approval and then incorporate all judicial edits before including that portion of the proceedings into the final transcript. At the time the order is placed, I will advise you if judicial review is required.
Transcripts are certified and released to the ordering party.

For a certified or uncertified electronic transcript previously transcribed by the same ACT, requested at the same time as the first copy - no charge

For a certified or uncertified electronic transcript previously transcribed by the same ACT, requested at any other time - $25.00

For a certified or uncertified electronic transcript requested at the same time as the first copy - No charge

For any additional transcript of a recording previously transcribed by the same ACT in printed format - $0.80 per page ($25.00 minimum)
